Education Qualification & Experience
unior Engineer (Civil): Minimum three years Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised Institute/University/Board with minimum 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) OR Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised University with 55% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Junior Engineer (Electrical): Minimum three years Diploma in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognised Institute/University/Board with minimum 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) OR Degree in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognised University with 55% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Experience (as on 01/04/2026):
- For Diploma holders: At least 2 years’ experience
- For Degree holders: At least 1 year experience (in execution & supervision of relevant works or 1-year graduate apprenticeship in a PSU).

- Visit the RBI website and click on the link “Recruitment for the Post of Junior Engineer (Civil/ Electrical) – Panel Year 2026”.
- Register by clicking “Click here for New Registration” and fill basic details (name, contact, email). Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated.
- Note down the Provisional Registration Number and Password (also sent via email/SMS).
- Upload scanned photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and hand-written declaration as per specifications.
