- Legal Officer Grade B: 21-32 years (born not earlier than 02.02.1994 & not later than 01.02.2005). Relaxable by 3 years for LL.M., 5 years for Ph.D. in Law.
- Manager (Technical-Civil/Electrical) Grade B: 21-35 years (born not earlier than 02.02.1991 & not later than 01.02.2005).
- Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha) Grade A: 21-30 years (born not earlier than 02.02.1996 & not later than 01.02.2005). Upper age 32 years for Ph.D.; maximum relaxation 5 years (SC/ST) / 3 years (OBC) even with Ph.D. (no cumulative).
- Assistant Manager (Protocol & Security) Grade A: 25-40 years (born not earlier than 02.02.1986 & not later than 01.02.2001). No age relaxation for any category.

Salary/ Pay Scale
- Grade ‘A’ Officers (Rajbhasha & Protocol & Security): Starting basic pay ₹62,500/- in pay scale ₹62,500 – 76,900 – 1,05,250 – 1,26,100 (17 years). Initial monthly gross emoluments (without HRA) ≈ ₹1,26,540/-. HRA 15% if not in Bank accommodation. Pay protection for Protocol & Security post.
- Grade ‘B’ Officers (Legal, Technical-Civil, Technical-Electrical): Starting basic pay ₹78,450/- in pay scale ₹78,450 – 1,14,900 – 1,41,600 (16 years). Initial monthly gross emoluments (without HRA) ≈ ₹1,53,675/-. HRA 15% if not in Bank accommodation.
