Salary/ Pay Scale
The pay-scale is as per PSPCL financial circular no. 21/2022 dated 17.08.2022. Minimum Pay admissible: Rs.19,900/- (Basic Pay) per month.
During the 3-year probation period (or extended period), newly appointed candidates will receive only the ‘minimum admissible pay’ (no grade pay, DA, increment, or other allowances except travelling allowance and medical reimbursement).

The application process is online only through the PSPCL website. No other mode (manual/paper) is accepted. Follow these exact steps as per the official guidelines:
- Visit the PSPCL website www.pspcl.in and click on the “Recruitment” tab, then select “Recruitment for the post of Assistant Lineman against CRA 315/26”.
